Information Collection Sordcloud and Nleader LLC is the sole owner of the information collected from website posts, requests, videos, location, inferred identity, and any other data created by you in order to use this service. We do not, or will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in our privacy statement below. How we use your information We use the information we collect to communicate with you and operate Sordcloud products and services. We also use the information to improve and personalize our products and services for more relevant content and ads, enabling and helping you discover affiliates, third-party apps, and service providers on the site. Cookies A cookie is a piece of data stored on the visitor's hard drive containing information about the visitor. Advertisers connected to Sordcloud at times require cookies to track statistics about products and locations, but at no time are these linked to any personal identification. At this time, Sordcloud uses cookies only for login and location convenience. If you upload content, including personal information, to a social network and then tag the Site, your submission will be subject to that social network's terms of use and privacy policy, even where you post on an official Sordcloud page on the social network. We do not honor browser requests not to be tracked online (known as “Do Not Track”). Contests At any particular time, Sordcloud will conduct contests for our visitor's. Visitor participation for these contests is voluntary, and in no way requires the visitor to give out personal information when choosing not to enter in the contest. Collected information may include contact information and demographic information, such as name, e-mail, address, state, etc. This information will be used to notify the winner(s) and award prizes. Newsletter After registering for a membership, you are given the choice of subscribing to our newsletter. You can either elect to subscribe or unsubscribe at any time. All information stored on our database is not shared or sold to any third party what so ever. Subscribers wishing to unsubscribe to our newsletter can uncheck the option in their account, using the 'Your Information' link. Sending to a Friend When a visitor chooses to send news, articles, reviews, etc., to a friend, the names and e-mail addresses are not logged. Sordcloud will send the friend a one-time e-mail inviting them to visit our site. Sordcloud will never send another e-mail to the visitor or friend for any purpose. Children This Site is offered and available to users who are at least 18 years of age or older and of legal age to form a binding contract. Minors under 18 and at least 13 years of age, are only permitted to use the Site through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian with their appropriate permission. Minors under 13 are not permitted to use the Site or the Fiverr services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents and guardians should at all times supervise their children's activities. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that personal information.
