BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THAT THE SORDCLOUD AND NLEADER LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE TO YOU OR OTHERS FOR THE ACTIONS OR CONDUCT OF USERS AND THIRD PARTIES ON THE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY CONTENT USERS AND THIRD PARTIES SHARE ON THE SERVICES, INCLUDING OFFENSIVE, DEFAMATORY, ILLEGAL OR OTHER OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT.
